Wedding photography in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula
Four collections, from three-hour elopements to twelve-hour wedding days. Every one includes sneak peeks within 24 hours and a private online gallery.
One photographer, start to finish
Most weddings need only one photographer. If yours is large or spread across locations, I can organise a second for $200 per hour.
Sneak peeks within 24 hours
Between 10 and 30 sneak peeks within 24 hours of the wedding, depending on your collection, then the complete gallery within 10 weeks (4 weeks for elopements).

FAQs
The questions couples ask most about their wedding day.
What happens if it rains?
We'll keep an eye on the forecast and plan backup portrait locations where possible. I also bring clear umbrellas if you'd rather embrace the rain and have some fun with it. Your venue should have a wet-weather plan for the ceremony and reception too. A little rain certainly doesn't mean your photographs are ruined. It can actually mean good luck if it rains on your wedding day.
Do we need a second photographer?
I'm completely confident photographing a full wedding day on my own, and for most weddings one photographer is all you need. A second photographer can be helpful for large guest lists, simultaneous getting-ready locations or additional angles and candid moments. I can organise one for $200 per hour.
Are you insured?
Yes. KLO Photography carries public liability insurance, and I can provide proof of coverage if your venue requests it.
Do you carry backup equipment?
Absolutely. I bring a second camera body, additional lenses, multiple memory cards, spare batteries and chargers. If one piece of equipment decides not to cooperate, I'm prepared to keep photographing your day.
How do you protect and back up our photographs?
After your wedding, your original files are backed up across multiple external hard drives. Your edited photographs are also stored in your private online gallery.
Once your gallery is delivered, I strongly recommend downloading everything and creating at least two personal backups. My archive and your online gallery should not be treated as guaranteed lifetime storage.
What happens if you become seriously ill?
If a serious illness or emergency prevents me from attending, I'll immediately contact trusted professional photographers I have worked with previously and do everything reasonably possible to arrange a suitable replacement.
I'll keep you informed throughout the process. If a replacement cannot be secured, any payments relating to services I'm unable to provide will be refunded in accordance with your agreement.
Can we provide a shot list?
Of course. A list of important family groups and must-have people is incredibly helpful.
You're also welcome to create a Pinterest moodboard showing the atmosphere, movement and types of photographs you love. I'll use it to understand your vision rather than copying every photograph exactly, as your venue, light and story will be completely your own.
Do you photograph family groups?
Absolutely. Family photographs are an important part of the day.
We'll create a list before the wedding and usually allow approximately 15 to 20 minutes for group photographs after the ceremony. We can also capture smaller immediate-family combinations during the getting-ready portion of the day.
When will we receive everything?
You'll receive your sneak peeks within 24 hours of the wedding.
Your complete gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks, or 4 weeks for elopements, and is released once your collection has been paid in full. Most wedding galleries arrive in approximately eight weeks, but during the busiest parts of wedding season I may need the full turnaround time to give every photograph the attention it deserves.
